21 Year old Nelisha Nolberto was murdered on Pelican St in Belize City.Reports are that two gunmen entered the yard and fired shots where several persons were socializing.Nolberto was shot and died on the spot.The Young mother was not believed to be the intended target. It is of note she is a relative to a WPC,who made a tearful plea on Facebook to the senseless killing of her younger sister.
