According to Police report,33-year-old Victor Pratt from Santana Village was riding his motorbike from the Old Northern Hwy to Sandhill. While around mile 18 1/2,he lost handle of his cycle and crashed. It is still uncertain how Pratt lost his life;he was taken to the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital where he was pronounced dead on arrival.
